Dmitry Volkov

Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an entrepreneur and scholar. He initiated Social Discovery Group, an global web-based enterprise with primary location in Malta, and has ownership in Dating Group.

In 2016, he founded the SDG Arts and Science Foundation.

He possesses a PhD in philosophical studies and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
